Hey you! Welcome.
I’m Shirley, your self-compassion guide. Through soul-centered meditations & journeys and grounded intuitive tarot readings I support you in (re)connecting with your true essence.

Self-compassion
Self-compassion is a gentle tool that functions as a bridge to your core by utilising your experiences in the here and now to connect with all parts of you. It helps you to drift along with the waves of your inner and outer world. By checking in with and opening your heart to your experiences you'll be able to discern between them and your essence with greater ease. This helps you to distance yourself from the notion that you’re not good enough right now.
Intuitive tarot
A grounded intuitive tarot reading is a beautiful way to gain a better understanding of your own inner waters and how they might be able to flow with even greater ease. This will open the door to more confidence and decisiveness on your soul’s path. The 78 cards represent the processes we as humans move through throughout our lives; they all bring invitations to help us make the unconscious conscious and connect with our inner wisdom.

''You name it, I dance(d) with it''
Chronic pain, illnesses, depression, childhood trauma, an eating disorder and – of course – being a highly sensitive person (definitely the best of all, but still difficult to navigate at times). All those challenges and, above all, everything I tried to ‘fix’ them, caused the connection with my essence to dissipate more and more.
When I was finally done with being shackled by and identifying myself with all the boxes I was put in, I jumped into the ocean of personal development – where I subsequently almost drowned.
And even though a big chunk of this journey was still a search for ‘better’, it also led me to self-compassion: an extraordinary tool to reconnect with your true self.
