This meditation for self-connection is inspired by the 2 of Cups. This is the tarot card that encourages us to embrace all of our parts/sides/layers – even the ones you (at first glance) dislike – so that we can feel more whole. Because, when you only allow certain parts of yourself to be seen, you miss out on the awesomeness of your whole. Or, as Maya Angelou says:
“If you are always trying to be normal, you will never know how amazing you can be.”
